We were thrilled to be upgraded to a king room with wonderfully comfortable beds. the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and quick to assist with any needs, even arranging a shuttle to the airport for us. the hotel's prime central location was a definite highlight of our stay.

The hotel was fairly clean with favourable location to everything including the highway and brand-new rooms. Location: the venue was near to Norfolk and a quiet area of the building and Norfolk airport. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.
